Returns and Refunds Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a refund.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the order number or proof of purchase.
3. Starting a Return
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will verify your return reason case-by-case. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Damages and Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6. Cancellations / Modifications
Only order cancellation requests made within 24 hours are acceptable. Any order changes, please cancel your original order first and then create a new order. To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As we cannot make modifications to an order once it has been placed, the best way to do an exchange is to return the item you have (as mentioned in clause 3) and make a new purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, we will automatically refund you on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (usually 5-7 business days).
